(5) If a court of law, public prosecutor’s office, police, bar association, consumer affairs center, or similar organization requests disclosure of the contents of a member ID registration, the Company may disclose the information in response.
(6) If a member’s actions may cause damage to our rights, property, or services, and it is deemed necessary for the protection of those rights, property, or services, or if it is determined to be detrimental to a third party, the contents of the member ID registration can be notified to the relevant third party, police, or related agencies.

10. Intellectual Property Rights, etc.

The copyrights to the text, images, videos, etc. provided by this site belong to the Company and are protected by the Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Design Law, etc. Any information provided by this site may not be reproduced, sold, published, or otherwise used beyond the scope of private use.

11. Change or Suspension of Service

14. Compensation for Damage

In the event that a member causes damage to the Company in violation of this Agreement, the member shall compensate for such damage.

15. Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction

(1) This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
(2) In the event that a problem arises between a member and the Company in relation to the Site, the two parties shall consult in good faith.
(3) If the issue cannot be resolved through consultation, it shall be decided by a court of law with the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court as the court of exclusive jurisdiction.
